A carved and decorated door in Bhaktapur, Nepal. Bhaktapur is a well preserved ancient city in the Kathmandu valley. It is the home of traditional Newar art and architecture. The flowers decorating the door are marigolds which are very important in any festival or celebration. They are seen everywhere during "Tihar", the 5 day festival of light, when people use them to decorate homes and temples.
